Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ocean State provides children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported one-to-one relationships that change their lives for the better, forever.
Ages of youth served: K-8th graders and College Students

Description of your role and duties: (include administrative or hands-on or both)
Interviewing and training to Bigs, Supervision of partner after school program, caseload of matches, attending multiple sites to do match support, create a new policy.
Description of the culture of the place (how many people in the office, dress code, communication style)
I worked directly with the Site-Based Director and the Site-Based Coordinator. Professionally dressed. Everyone is very relaxed, lots of laughs.
Additional Requirements: (travel, etc) You do need a car, but you will get reimbursed mileage for your traveling.
