Description of the overall mission of this organization: i worked with the students to help them better their behavior.

Hours worked: 2 days a week 4-6 hour days

Description of your role and duties: i did administrative work. I would work with the restorative practice to help students stay in school and act positive in  classroom environment.

Description of the culture of the place It was a high school, it was more dressed up for teachers than for students. There were many people throughout the school, i only worked with about 4 adults throughout my experience and many students.

Additional Requirements: I had to drive to the school to participate in my hours
