Description of the overall mission of this organization: "Our warm and caring atmosphere offers a year round program from 7:00am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday. Our program is designed to enhance the social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development inclusive to all children. Little Learners also offers enrichment programs and itinerants which include, cooking classes, spanish classes, and music classes."

Description of your role and duties: Assist lead teachers to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom.Prepare instructional materials and classroom displays. Communicate and interact with parents and caregivers to ensure to meet each individual child's needs and learning style.

Description of the culture of the place (how many people in the office, dress code, communication style): 1 head teacher in infant, toddler, preschool, and pre-kindergarten classroom with the help of 1 assistant teacher. We are required to wear our Little Learners staff shirts and look presentable for our shifts.
