Description of your role and duties: (include administrative or hands-on or both) My roles would vary based on the day. Wherever I was needed, I would be placed. I have proctored testing, one on ones, walks with students, assisting with teaching and curriculum in the classroom, physical education, lunch groups, and many more. The sky is the limit with responsibilities and challenges here. 

Description of the culture of the place (how many people in the office, dress code, communication style) There is a strict dress code, so the students typically all dress the same. Culturally speaking, there are many many different cultures in the hallways. The young people and faculty do seem to have a good educational relationship. 

Additional Requirements: (travel, etc) I drove myself. BCI necessary.
