Description of the overall mission of this organization:
To offer a safe haven for students to learn and enjoy fun activities. We provide educational opportunities through hands-on projects after school. Being committed to student excellence and striving to give students access to new opportunities and technology.

- Afternoon attendance
- help supervise snack and recess
- help organize students in the gym
- Guide students through their hypothesis and results from class project
- Explained how the experiment connects to real life events
- Assisted students imagination and gave guidance when needed
- Reflection ritual
Description of the culture of the place (how many people in the office, dress code, communication style)
The Program is made up of about 20 teachers/instructors and three higher positioned people. Most of the program/organization is filled with white individuals, 3 minority beings. There was not a dress code discussed, yet we all understood casual and appropriate is the dress code. Communication is generally done through google hangouts as a group, verbal communication is between a few groups of people. Culture doesn't feel very deepened.
