Description of your role and duties: (include administrative or hands-on or both) I am a Grant Writing Intern at FHR. I help research, write, edit, and proofread grants. I also help with donor thank you letters. I help update the donor databases using DonorPerfect software and perform other administrative duties. 

Description of the culture of the place (how many people in the office, dress code, communication style) There are about 30 people in the main office. The dress is business casual.
