Ages of youth served: 18 months- 5 years old; K-5 for before/after school

Hours worked: 9-12, Monday-Friday

Description of your role and duties: I worked along-side the head teacher in the Pre-K classroom (4-5 year olds) helping the teacher prepare activities, planning for different events, running their circle time, helping the students with their work books, making copies, and playing with the children.

Description of the culture of the place: There are only about 10 people on staff. Each classroom has a head teacher and an assistant teacher. They asked that you wear appropriate clothing such as nothing see through and to be comfortable since you are working with children. 

Additional Requirements: First Aid/CPR certified is looked for but not required
