Description of your role and duties: Help scholars in their hard work to yield achievement. I helped scholars achievement high expectations in their educational space. I got to know each one of them and help them see what their goals and personalizing education. As an assist to the dean I built relationships with scholars and their families.
Description of the culture of the place : I dressed professionally and the scholars wore uniforms with a polo and brown pants. It is an educational setting and helps students get ready to take college class the start of their 9th grade year in high school.
Additional Requirements: Sometime staying afterschool to help scholars on school work or just letting them interact in a club.
Special notes on process of getting this internship: The Dean of students was great to help learn great conflict resolutions with teachers, parents and other scholars.
