Description of the overall mission of this organization: The mission of the YMCA of Greater Providence is to build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all, through programs, services, and relationships that are based upon our core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.

Hours worked: Tuesdays and Fridays, 11:00-6:00
Description of your role and duties: 11-1 lesson planning, writing schedules for the day, staff meeting. 1-6 hands on with the youth. I created lesson plans on STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math).
Description of the culture of the place: I work with five people in the school. I wore a provided YMCA shirt and yoga pants that were not tight. We communicated by using a group message.
